Whether you are a solo freelancer or a growing company with a team, I ensure your records are accurate, your staff are paid on time, and you never miss a deadline.

I believe in fair, transparent pricing: smaller businesses with less paperwork should pay less. I offer both fixed-rate packages and hourly billing to suit your specific needs.

Core Services

  • General Bookkeeping: £35.00 per hour If your books are in order, it will take less time to complete and cost you less!

  • VAT Returns: £95.00 per Quarter Includes digital reconciliation and submission to HMRC.

  • Initial PAYE/CIS Setup: From £50.00 A one-off fee for initial company registration and system configuration.

Self-Employed & Sole Traders

As of April 2026, HMRC regulations have changed for those earning over £50,000. I offer two ways to stay compliant:

  • Standard Annual Return (Income under £50k): From £195.00 Includes: Annual Profit & Loss and submission of your Self-Assessment.

  • MTD Digital Package (Income over £50k): From £45.00 per month Covers all 4 mandated HMRC quarterly updates plus the Final Year-End Declaration.

  • CIS Individual Return: From £290.00 Includes: Submitting tax returns and claiming any CIS rebates due.

  • Limited Company: Quotation on request only Due to the complexity of statutory accounts and Corporation Tax.

Monthly Payroll & CIS

Prices include RTI filings, payslips, and pension auto-enrolment admin.

  • Monthly Payroll (Up to 3 Employees): £30.00 per month

  • Monthly CIS (Up to 3 Subcontractors): £35.00 per month

  • Additional Staff/Subcontractors: £5.00 per person, per month Added to your monthly base rate for each person over the initial three.

The Small Print

  • Software Packages: Prices do not include Accounting Software subscriptions (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage). However, discount codes can often be applied for a cheaper package through my practice.

  • Custom Quotes: As every individual and business varies, a personal quote is the best way to know exactly what you will pay. For small businesses with specific requirements, fixed monthly packages are available starting from £220.00.
